Ba Ba Bún Riêu

Bún riêu (Vietnamese crab vermicelli soup) is one of my favorite Vietnamese noodle soups to make and eat. When it comes to Vietnamese noodle soup, I know a lot of people who just order phở but I always encourage them to try other noodle soups and bún riêu is one I always recommend.

 
 

These little sheep were so easy to do. I made little mounds with the noodles then all I really had to do was cut out the head and ears from baguettes and toast them up. The eyes I used black pepper. I also added some greens and bean sprouts .
