I take the kids to Disneyland pretty often and they sell these adorable Baymax balloons. Sam and Sawyer always want me to buy a balloon when we're there but I can't be spending $14 every single time just to see him die a deflated death.
Instead of the balloon, I decided to bring Baymax to the dinner table. I love working with rice for my plate art. It is so easy to shape once I put it in saran wrap.
For this plate I made bò lúc lắc (shaking beef) and put Baymax right on top of it. As usual, I used roasted seaweed for the eyes.
